“Motor assistance” – provides a solution to drivers in case of immobilized vehicle, in the form of troubleshooting assistance on the spot for accidents, technical problems and damages due to insurance events. If it is impossible to eliminate the problem on the spot or as a result of a traffic accident, the immobilized vehicle is repatriated to a specific place at customer’s request or is repatriated in accordance to the conditions for free transportation (in case of a subscription type of service)
The service is available 24 / 7, covering the entire territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, with response time within 60 minutes.
* Drink & Drive” –this new service provides users with the opportunity to safely and comfortably move to their desired destination with their car, in case of impossibility to drive, after a treat or for other reasons. The service is provided with a response time within 30 minutes and is available 24/7, covering the territory of the capital Sofia, as well as the adjacent settlements and areas.
