GLOBAL SERVICES BULGARIA JSC
History
The company was founded in February 2006 as TBI Contact Center EAD, a subsidiary of the TBI Bulgaria financial group.
At the end of 2007 100% of the company’s shares were acquired by Tikshuv Group, the largest call center service provider in Israel.
In the fall of 2009 the company becomes property of Vienna Insurance Group, while the investors -TBI Bulgaria AD and Bulstrad Vienna Insurance Group share equal shareholding. In December 2009 r. the company has been rebranded to Vienna Insurance Group Contact Center Bulgaria AD.
In 2014 the company joins a project to establish the largest assistance group in Central and Eastern Europe. In this regard, there is a consecutive change of the corporate image of the organization, hence new rebranding to GLOBAL SERVICES BULGARIA JSC. Since then, along with the time-proven Contact Center services, the company successfully develops various contemporary assistance services with the same quality and professionalism.
